Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Body Healer. We ensure that all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue, please review our return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged or opened items are not eligible for return.

Damaged / Wrong Product Received

• If the product received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide pictures of packaging and product for verification.

Refund / Exchange Process

• Refunds will be issued after product inspection (2-4 business days).
• Refunds are sent via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
• Exchange is available for eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered herbal & medical products.
• Products purchased on sale or discount.
